2. CDL-A Driver Employment Application Terms

When you submit a driver employment application through our website:

• Certification of Accuracy: You certify under penalty of perjury that all details provided (including CDL credentials, employment history, MVR disclosures, and medical certifications) are true, correct, and complete.
• Electronic Signatures (E-SIGN Act): Typing your full legal name into the electronic signature box constitutes a legally binding electronic signature pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and 49 CFR § 391.21.
• Authorization to Investigate: You authorize 7SKY Logistics Inc to contact past employers, state licensing agencies, consumer reporting agencies, and the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse to verify your qualifications.

3. Freight Services & Carrier Liability

All transportation services provided by 7SKY Logistics Inc are subject to signed Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), standard motor carrier tariffs, and applicable federal transportation laws, including the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706).

4. Mobile SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Consent

If you provide your phone number to 7SKY Logistics Inc for driver recruitment, dispatch, or operational updates:

• SMS Consent Communication: Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Types of SMS Communications: You may receive text messages related to driver employment status updates, dispatch notifications, appointment reminders, and operational communications. Example: "Hello, this is a reminder regarding your driver application status. Reply STOP to opt out."
• Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive operational SMS messages as needed for logistics coordination and employment communications.
• Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
• Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from 7SKY Logistics Inc verbally during a conversation, via form submission, or through electronic agreement.
