2. CDL-A Driver Employment Application Terms

When you submit a driver employment application through our website:

• Certification of Accuracy: You certify under penalty of perjury that all details provided (including CDL credentials, employment history, MVR disclosures, and medical certifications) are true, correct, and complete.
• Electronic Signatures (E-SIGN Act): Typing your full legal name into the electronic signature box constitutes a legally binding electronic signature pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and 49 CFR § 391.21.
• Authorization to Investigate: You authorize 7SKY Logistics Inc to contact past employers, state licensing agencies, consumer reporting agencies, and the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse to verify your qualifications.

3. Freight Services & Carrier Liability

All transportation services provided by 7SKY Logistics Inc are subject to signed Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), standard motor carrier tariffs, and applicable federal transportation laws, including the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706).

4. Prohibited Website Use

You agree not to submit fraudulent driver applications, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misuse our intellectual property or logo assets.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software code—is the property of 7SKY Logistics Inc and protected under United States and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7SKY Logistics Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site access, form submissions, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and federal motor carrier regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
