• Commercial Driver Credentials: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) number, issuing state, expiration date, endorsements (Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples), and DOT Medical Card status and expiration.
• Background & Safety Records: Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports, FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query consent, 3-year commercial driving history, accident records, and traffic violation disclosures.
• Shipper & Broker Contact Details: Name, company name, email address, phone number, pickup/destination addresses, and freight shipment details.

2. FMCSA Part 391 & Background Check Authorization

In accordance with FMCSA 49 CFR Part 391 (Qualifications of Drivers) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):

• Driver employment applicants electronically authorize 7SKY Logistics Inc to obtain consumer background reports, criminal background checks, MVR history, and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse records solely for employment qualification purposes.
• Application data is retained in accordance with federal DOT recordkeeping mandates for a minimum of 3 years following application or termination of employment.

3. How We Use Collected Information

Personal and commercial driver data is strictly utilized for legitimate operational and compliance purposes, including:

• Processing and evaluating CDL-A driver employment applications.
• Conducting mandatory FMCSA pre-employment screenings and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries.
• Dispatching freight, coordinating logistics, and issuing shipment rate confirmations.
• Communicating important operational, dispatch, and employment updates via phone, email, or SMS.

4. Mobile SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Consent

If you provide your phone number to 7SKY Logistics Inc for driver recruitment, dispatch, or operational updates:

• You consent to receive transactional and operational communications via phone call or SMS text message.
• Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying "STOP".
